Are you licensed to fly commercially?

Yes. All flights are conducted by FAA-certificated Remote Pilots under 14 CFR Part 107. Certificate numbers are provided with every proposal and can be verified on request.

What insurance do you carry?

We carry $2M in combined general and aviation liability, with hull coverage on all airframes. Certificates of insurance naming your organization as additional insured are issued before mobilization at no cost.

How do you handle controlled airspace?

We file LAANC authorizations for Class B, C, D, and E surface areas, typically same-day. Sites requiring a waiver, a tower agreement, or coordination with a military operations area are flagged during scoping with a realistic lead time.

What is your coverage area?

Central Texas is our home region, with routine work across the Austin–San Antonio corridor, Houston, and DFW. Nationwide deployment is available on contract with travel billed at cost.

How fast are deliverables returned?

Standard stills and video return in 48–72 hours. Mapping and photogrammetry products take 3–5 business days depending on acreage. Rapid-response and emergency capture can be delivered same-day.

How is pricing structured?

Single-site imaging is a flat fee based on acreage, deliverable count, and access complexity. Mapping and inspection are priced per acre or per asset. Recurring programs are contracted monthly at a reduced rate.

Can you fly restricted or secured sites?

Yes. We work routinely on escorted and badge-controlled sites, complete site-specific safety briefs, and can execute NDAs and data-handling agreements before capture.

Who owns the imagery?

You do. Full commercial usage rights transfer on final payment. We retain a limited portfolio license only when you approve it in writing.
